To support our mission, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead and manage IMSE technology development projects, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion.
Job Overview:
As a Project Manager at TactoTek, you will be responsible for overseeing IMSE technology development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Your role will be pivotal in driving the advancement of IMSE technology and supporting our customers in the automotive, aviation, and industrial sectors.
The preferred location for this position is Oulu, Finland, with flexible hybrid work options available.
We will begin reviewing applications during week 33, so early applications are encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and represent projects in alignment with TactoTek’s development processes
Define, plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities, tasks, and resources
Ensure project scope fulfills requirements and is delivered on time, to budget, and to the required quality standards
Gather and document technology learnings to further develop IMSE® technology
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and customer engagement, to ensure successful project execution
We Expect You to Have:
MSc or BSc in a related discipline, or equivalent industrial experience
Proven track record in project management; PMI certification or equivalent is preferred
Broad engineering expertise; background in mechanics or electronics is advantageous
Experience in automotive (ideally interior or exterior) or industrial sectors is a strong asset
Familiarity with industry standards, such as ISO 16949
Enthusiasm, self-initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a high level of motivation
Fluent English skills; proficiency in Finnish or German is a plus
Willingness to travel as required
