
We are looking for a Head of Industries Sales to lead TactoTek’s global sales activities in segments of e.g. appliances, home automation and IoT.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Overall responsibility of industries sales activities worldwide
- Support marketing, partner and ecosystem activities
- Leadership of global industries sales team
- Reporting to SVP Field Operations based in Finland
We expect you to have
- 15+ years of relevant working experience in corresponding roles
- MSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant field
- Deep understanding of cost structures, pricing models, and preparation of business proposals for OEMs and Tier suppliers
- Strong experience and advanced negotiation skills for both pricing and legal terms
- Proven track record in solution selling into OEMs and/or their Tier suppliers in areas of e.g. appliances, home automation and IoT
- Excellent people leadership skills
- Proven track record in leading a sales team
- Understanding and experience in electro-mechanical designs, and/or thermoformed IML/IMD plastics designs
- Experience in industrial design, mechanical design, system integration, verification and validation process, and/or tool design a plus
- Fluent English skills, German and French is a plus
- Primary location Finland or Germany
This position requires regular travel to customer and partner sites and presence at TactoTek HQ in Oulu, Finland
